Our Process

We conduct diligence across operations, finances, technology, customers, and legal matters. We’re efficient, organized, and respectful of your time. We’ll also finalize financing and confirm our plans for transition.

Step 4: Signing & Close (1–2 weeks)

Once diligence wraps up, we finalize documents, coordinate logistics, and fund the transaction. Because we’re well-capitalized, we can move quickly and with confidence.

Step 5: Transition Support (as needed)

We’ll work with you and your team on a transition plan—whether that means a clean handoff or ongoing involvement. We want continuity for customers and team members.

Step 6: Post-Close Success
