Primary Operator
Hi, I’m Thomas Liu — the driving force behind LTS LLC. I am an business operator with experience building and scaling digital businesses.
I co-founded my first business in 2018—bootstrapping, building, and scaling it from the ground up. That experience taught me how to do a lot with very little, how to listen obsessively to customers, and how to operate a business end-to-end.
After that, I spent several years as a product manager at tech companies across industries like education, developer tools, and finance. I’ve worked across the stack—on mobile apps, SDKs, APIs, and web platforms—navigating multiple generations of tech and at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Today, I run Roadmap, a profitable SaaS platform that helps product teams share what they’re working on, collect customer feedback, and market their product vision.
I hold a BA in Computer Science from NYU and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
